RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Any returns on new product will be considered on an individual basis, in original condition, if notified within 3 days of receipt. 20% restocking fee will be applied and shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. There is also a 20% restocking fee on all refused shipments/deliveries, and shipping charge is non-refundable.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All models inspected before shipment!

All models are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap with packaging peanuts and in corrugated shipping box.

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Express (our choice). Delivery is 1 to 5 business days (unless weather delayed). Shipping cost is based on weight and shipping zip code. You are being charged actual FedEx Ground rate based on our discount with FedEx. Other shipping companies are available with a postal money order payment only.

All payments for orders that are shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are accepte by money order, and shipped by the postal service. We do not ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses. Orders are shipped next business day. (Unless there is a snow storm) then you’ll be notified via email of the delay. Please note, FedEx Ground and FedEx Express delivers Monday through Friday and FedEx Home Delivery is Monday through Saturday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship all items in the amount less than $200 via Priority mail. Over $200 it will be shipped EMC (Express Priority Mail). Also we accept Western Union or Money Gram money transfer

Shipping options are USPS First Class Mail, or Priority Mail, or Express Mail. All orders are shipped next business day. Due to customs delays, some shipments can take longer than others. All customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Due to high shipping costs, all sales are final for international customers.
